TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HAJJ – 2019 / 1440H
INTERPRETATION:

2) AND the Pilgrims who are travelling for Hajj – 2019
Please read them carefully as set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions references to
“you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons named on the Booking Form.
By making a booking, the first named person on the booking (Lead Name) agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the
booking that:
• He/she has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;
• He/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of
all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us.
• He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the
booking;
• REQUIREMENTS:
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Passport must have two (2) facing blank pages.
• Non-digital (Hand written) passports will not be accepted.
• For EC (Non-British) passport holders, we can only apply for a Hajj visa if the applicant is a resident in the
United Kingdom. In such case proof of residency will be required when applying for the visa.
• Non-European Community (EC) Passport holders must have permanent residency of UK
• The passport must have at least 6 months UK residency visa from the date of departure.
• 4 passport sized photographs in white background.
• Final payment of balance will be required by 15th of July 2019.
2. WHAT IS HAJJ PACKAGE ?
Package Includes:
• Hotel accommodation in both city Makkah & Madinah, Food (Lunch & Dinner also complimentary breakfast),
• Return Ticket and Hajj visa processing,
• Transportation: Jeddah-Makkah- -Mina-Arafah-Mujdalifah Mina finally Makkah-Madinah-Madinia airport
• In Mina: European Air-conditioned Tents, Mattress, Sofa bed(if available),Pillow, Blanket & basic meals.
• in Arafah: Open Tents & basic meals. Service provided
• in Mujdalifah: Open field area allocated by Ministry of Hajj.
• Ziyarat : We will arrange your Ziyarah Makkah & Medina Munawarah with the group, all depends on the hajj
ministry authority. The authority may deny access to the area because of safety issues due to overcrowding.

THE SERVICES & YOUR EXPECTATIONS
4.1 Your Hajj package with us shall consist of your visa processing, accommodation, flights and transport within Saudi
Arabia, the purpose of these Services is to allow you to complete all the Hajj Rites. You understand and accept that a Hajj
package is by no means your normal holiday package. You make your booking with us being completely aware of this.
4.2 Due to the large number of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia for the Hajj pilgrimage, the Holy cities are always overcrowded.
This has a knock-on effect on the public services, transport and accommodation within the country. You accept that the
Services are at all times dependent on the Ministry of Hajj authorities within Saudi Arabia, over which we have no control.
Expect long delays in completing all procedures at airports at arrival and departure in to Saudi Arabia. It can take up to 12
hours from landing in to Jeddah and arriving at your Makkah hotel.
4.3 Accommodation star ratings are provided by the accommodation according to the Saudi stander not necessarily the
same as U.K ratings. You accept that accommodation may be of a lower standard than that expected.
4.4 Visiting the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah is a requirement of the Hajj pilgrimage. accommodation in Mina
and Arafat is in the tents provided by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in a designated outdoor sleeping area.
Please note that there will be no tents allocated to you in Muzdalifah, and the Muzdalifah is extremely crowded and you will
be sleeping in open ground/roadsides. There will be no shelter and very limited toilet facilities.
4.5 Meals will be provided as per booking confirmation. Please note that catering companies in Saudi Arabia, All meals
provided in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations and all caterers used are approved by the relevant authorities.
Meal delivery is subject to delay due to heavy traffic congestion.

4.6 All ground transportation will be provided by Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and arranged through it’s transportation
department (Naqaba) The movement of pilgrims is restricted to the cities of Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah. Travel will be
arranged for the group. It is not possible to go by private transportation due to passport control regulations.,
4.7 It remains your responsibility to ensure that your luggage is loaded and unloaded from all vehicles, and we cannot
accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your luggage during transportation.
4.8 You are asked to stay with your group at all times when travelling unless advised by your group representative. All
messages and documentation will be communicated to you through your group representative.
4.9 Before being allowed access on to buses provided by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, you must give your passports to
the Saudi authorities for safekeeping when requested to do so. Please note that this is a stipulation of the Ministry of Hajj
and Umrah and it is not something over which we have any control. You accept that failure to provide your passport to the
authorities when requested to do so will mean that you will not be allowed access to the buses to continue on your journey.
4.10 The hajj Itineraries for all of our packages have been prepared in accordance with the published Saudi Arabian
calendar. If due to the actual sighting of the moon the dates for Hajj are adjusted we will be forced to change the itinerary
accordingly by one this will always be considered a minor change.
Emergency alternative accommodation and transportation arrangements will be made, however these may be of a lower
standard than the package that you have booked and we cannot be held liable for this.
4.11 We will provide religious guidance to assist you to perform your rites however it is your responsibility to complete the
Hajj pilgrimage, we will not be responsible for providing religious guidance individually .
5. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU ;A contract is made with us when: you accept our written/verbal quotation, complete our
booking form
6.INSURANCE. We are legally obliged to advise you to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included as part of
your Hajj package and it remains your responsibility to purchase travel insurance separately..
7.PRICES :
We reserve the right to change the package price at any time without prior notice and you will be informed accordingly.
The quoted price of airline ticket may be increased in case airline imposes any surcharge only in certain circumstances.
However, there will be no change within 20 days of your departure. .
8. .CHANGES / CANCEL BY YOU
8.1 If you wish to change any part of your booking arrangements after our booking confirmed, you must inform us in
writing as soon as possible. This should be done by the lead passenger on the booking form
8.2 If you wish to Cancel confirmed booking :
Hajj Package is specifically designed for family or individual. Once you have agreed & paid deposit, it is considered that
package is sold. In case of cancellation, minimum charge,( each pilgrim) £500 at any point , subsequently cancellation
charge 50 % of total package price 4 months before departure, 75% of total package price 3 months before departure and
finally 100% 2 months before departure
Your Financial Protection: All monies paid by you for the Package are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our

9. IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL
If we become unable to provide a significant proportion of the services that you have booked with us before or after you
have departed, we will make alternative arrangements for you at no extra charge and, if appropriate in all the
circumstances,
10.PASSPORTS, VISAS & HEALTH FORMALITIES
10.1 As part of the Services, we will apply to the Saudi Embassy for the Hajj visa required to enter Saudi Arabia for the Hajj
pilgrimage but issuance of the visa is at the discretion of the Saudi Embassy. Once issued, the Hajj visa cannot be re-issued
in the event of loss or damage and it cannot be transferred to another person in any circumstances. It is your responsibility
to check and fulfil the passport, visa, health and immigration requirements applicable to the Services and required for the
issuance of the visa. We accept no responsibility for any visa application delay or rejection of a visa by the Saudi Embassy.
You must check requirements for your own specific circumstances and your own doctor as applicable.
10.2 IMPORTANT NOTE: Visas are non-transferable and we only have a limited quota of visas for which we can apply. Once
we have met our quota of visa applications, we will not be able to apply for any further visas, regardless of the
circumstances.
Due to the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, women are unable to travel to Saudi Arabia on their own and must at all
times be accompanied by a Mahram. In the event that, after the issuance of visas, the named mahram on any booking is
unable to travel, because visas cannot be transferred after they have been issued, the entire booking will be treated as
cancelled and no refund shall be given. If, before the visa is issued, the mahram of the group has to cancel, if his place can
be transferred to another mahram who meets all necessary requirements, we may be able to transfer the place (subject to
payment of all additional sums and his satisfying any visa application requirements). However once the visa has been
issued, it cannot be transferred and due to the limited number of visas being issued, we will not be able to apply for
another visa and therefore the entire group booking will have to be cancelled. Due to the late nature of this cancellation, no
refunds will be possible.
10.3 In the event of any changes to the visa system or how visas are issued by the Ministry of Hajj, including but not limited
to new restrictions or requirements or the payment of additional fees, you will be required to comply with these new
restrictions/requirements in order to obtain a visa or maintain your visa (if it has already been issued) and failure to do so
could result in your visa not being issued or being revoked.
You accept that we have no control over such restrictions or requirements or the actions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah
and therefore cannot accept any liability in these circumstances.

11. SUPPLIERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You acknowledge that certain parts of the Services will be provided to you by third party suppliers, for example certain
transport and accommodation, These Third Party Services may be provided in accordance with their own terms and
conditions which will form part of your contract with us.
12. YOUR BEHAVIOUR
All persons travelling with us are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt
the enjoyment of other travellers, You must not collect any charity funds and you must not be involved in any political
activity or protests. You must comply with all customs regulations. any third party or damage to property, or to cause a
delay or diversion to transportation, we reserve the right to terminate your booking arrangements with us immediately.
You and/or your party may also be required to pay for loss and/or damage caused by your actions and we will hold you
and each member of your party jointly and individually liable for any damage or losses caused by you or any member of
your party. Full payment for any such damage or losses must be paid directly to the supplier concerned prior to departure.
If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made
against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you. We cannot be held
responsible for the actions or behaviour of other guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking
arrangements or with us.
13. SPECIAL REQUESTS : Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking
14. DISABILITIES & MEDICAL PROBLEMS
We are not a specialist disabled travel company. If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability
which may affect your stay, please provide us with full details before we confirm your booking so that we can try to advise
you as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements. We may require you to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that
you are fit to participate in the pilgrimage, We cannot accept any responsibility if you fail to advise us of your requirements
15. LUGGAGE
16.1 We are not responsible for excessive, loss or damaged luggage, or for any personal belongings including cash,
passports, phones and bank cards etc carried by You. It is your complete responsibility throughout Your journey. This
includes air transfers, coach travel etc. We will not take any responsibility for safeguarding the property of individuals at
any time during their journey nor for any loss or damage of any property.
16.2 You must adhere to luggage restrictions imposed by the airline. We will inform you of these restrictions.
17. COMPLAINTS If you have a complaint about your arrangements whilst away, you must immediately notify your group
leader Mobile Saudi 0532511187 If they are unable to resolve the problem immediately, and a member of our staff is not
available, you should contact to our hajj organizer on 0568734601 straight away and we will endeavour to assist. If you do
not give us the opportunity to resolve any problem locally by reporting it to the supplier, or informing us, then we may not
be able to deal positively with any complaint on your return.
18. FINANCIAL SECURITY
19. We provide financial security for flight inclusive Hajj packages. We do this by way of our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence
number 9077 Authority, Gatwick Airport South, West Sussex, RH6 0YR, UK, telephone 0333 103 6350.
20. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
21.1 We will accept responsibility for the arrangements we agree to provide or arrange for you as an “organiser” under the
Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangement Regulations 2018
21.2, Please note, we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss or expense or other sum(s) of any description:
22. ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE
If you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing
information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements
and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault.
23.NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you wish to contact us in writing, or if any clause in these Terms requires you to give us notice in writing (for example, to
cancel the contract), you can send this to us by e-mail skyviewtravels@hotmail.com by hand, or by royal mail special
delivery , We will confirm receipt of this by contacting you in writing. If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing,
We will do so by e-mail, by hand, or by pre-paid post to the address you provide to us in the Booking Form.
24. DATA PROTECTION
We will only use the personal information you provide to us to provide the Services, or to inform you about similar services
which we provide, unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information. For further information about how
we use your data please contact us.
25. DELAYS & MISSED TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Under EU Law, you have rights in some circumstances to refunds and / or compensation from the airline in cases of denied
boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Full details of these rights will be publicised at EU airports and will also be
available from airlines. If the airline does not comply with these rules you should complain to the Civil Aviation Authority
at www.caa.co.uk/passengers.
We cannot accept liability for any delay which is due to any of the reasons which includes the behaviour of any
passenger(s) on the flight, for example, fails to check in or board on time, Immigration Issue .
